Youth media protection is supervised by the Commission for the Protection of Minors in the Media (KJM) as the central body of the state media authorities.

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). Consumers may use it to resolve their disputes.
